Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We send a reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment to help avoid missing any appointments. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend their appointment will incur a late cancellation/no-show fee, which will be charged on the day of the missed appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel!
